Exclusive rent of the house constitutes rent of 5 rooms by one group of guests with the right to use all of the common area.

BASIC INFORMATION:

- Exclusive rent of the house constitutes rent of 5 guest rooms with the right to use all of the common area.
- Guests are obliged to pay a down payment at booking.
- Refundable deposit is applicable at exclusive rent of a house only.
FINAL CLEANING
- Final cleaning is included.
- Excessive and non-standard wear and tear of the object will be subject to additional payment charged in addition to final cleaning payment.
- Final cleaning does not include: cleaning of kitchen, dining room and grill along with all equipment items.
- Ordering additional cleaning in the course of stay is possible upon prior arrangement with the owner of the object.
It is possible to pay by credit card on the premises. Guests are kindly asked to make payments in cash or by bank transfer onto our account.
